Can an expanding family become an opportunity for promotion? It can when you approach it with an initiation mindset. When seen through this lens, brotherhood becomes much more than just competition for resources once wholly owned. It is now a promotion into a bigger and more meaningful role. And this can serve as a template for future promotion opportunities all along his journey to manhood.
