According to Brené Brown, men live with the pressure of a single unrelenting message: don’t show weakness. If that message is true, then why are so many voices arguing that there is strength and power in being vulnerable? Vulnerability may just be the key and unlocks the door to a more healthy expression of what it means to be a man. But it’s going to require a lot of strength, bravery, and courage to make it happen.
